Cheese fondue

with Black Forest farmer’s bread, jacket potatoes, grilled vegetables, silver onions, cornichons, pineapple and grapes. If desired, add cherry brandy and egg to the pot to finish.

Meat fondue

in broth 3 different types of meat (nature park game, veal, poultry), jacket potatoes, bread, vegetable variation, various sauces.

Fire sword

Beef steak 200g (cooking level medium and medium rare possible), jacket potatoes, bread, herb butter, herb quark.
